We have a fabulous virtual assistant team…

Kaleidoscope was founded in March 2008 by Catherine Adamson. Twelve years on and our virtual assistant team has become a busy hub of experts making a real difference to the businesses and lives of our clients.

We all work as a team on behalf of our clients, which means that you will have access to all of our skills, knowledge and experience,  enabling you to relax, take a breather, and let go of your time-consuming administration.

If you want proof of how great we are take a look at our client testimonials.

Catherine and her team deliver fantastic virtual EA and PA support, thoughtful, pro-active, and with astonishing attention to detail. Their experience – built over years of making it work brilliantly across lots of different clients – will be invaluable in this new world of home working and virtual teams.

Meet our virtual assistant team members…

Catherine Adamson

Founder and Owner

Catherine is on a mission to help more people do more of what they love. That’s why she established Kaleidoscope in 2008 – for executive coaches, non-executive directors and other high-level clients who know that they can achieve and enjoy so much more in life and work if they get the right PA support. It’s also why Catherine has written ‘How To Be A Thousandaire’, a book about how micro business owners can create a lifestyle that feeds their soul as well as their wallet.  You can find out more about her book and her mentoring work at www.catherineadamson.co.uk

Kaleidoscope is built on Catherine’s extensive background as a PA and understanding of what it means to have the right support in place. The right support means there are no worries: you know your business is in safe, professional hands.

Calm is one of Catherine’s key values. Picture life with everything covered: all your travel, diary, email management and administration taken care of by someone you trust implicitly. How does that feel? It’s that feeling she wants to bring to more people. Not only does it mean you can build your business and make more money, there’s a positive ripple effect through your whole life.

Catherine has recruited and nurtured a top-class team of PAs who work proactively to keep your show on the road, leaving you to make the most of your time. She personally speaks with every client to understand how the team can best support you by matching you to the right PA, backed-up by a team, leaving you to sit back and say, “phew!”

Catherine lives in York with her husband, three cats, and a cockerpoo called Ziggy.
