Kaleidoscope was founded in March 2008 by Catherine Adamson. Ten years on and our virtual assistant team has become a busy hub of experts making a real difference to the businesses and lives of our clients.
We all work as a team on behalf of our clients, which means that you will have access to all of our skills, knowledge and experience, enabling you to relax, take a breather, and let go of your time-consuming administration.

Meet our virtual assistant team members…
Founder and Owner
Catherine is a highly experienced Personal Assistant and Office Manager.
She has experienced life at Chairman and CEO level in both public and private sectors and worked for businesses both large and small – as well as life managing a restaurant and being a travelling cook in Africa!
She has a passion for helping people move their business forward, be successful and achieve all their professional goals.
Catherine is assisted by a hand-picked virtual assistant team of highly experienced and trusted professionals who maintain the very high standards and quality of work that you will come to expect from Kaleidoscope.
Catherine lives in York with her husband, three cats, and a cockerpoo called Ziggy.
Executive Virtual Assistant – Team Leader
Nikki plays a key role within the Kaleidoscope virtual assistant team, as an Executive PA, Team leader and as PA to Catherine.
She joined the VA team in October 2009 and her contribution since then has been very highly regarded by our clients.
Nikki’s extensive high level PA experience means that she is perfectly suited to supporting the needs of our clients.
Apart from having all the necessary skills required as a virtual assistant she is particularly talented at providing solutions for streamlining processes, assisting with complex project work and undertaking research.
Nikki’s focus on understanding the challenges and needs of individual clients, and in building and maintaining excellent relationships has resulted in her becoming an integral part of the virtual assistant team as well as many clients’ businesses.
She lives in York with her husband, 6 year old daughter and an old ginger cat called Fred.
Executive Virtual Assistant
Louise has over 27 years Executive PA experience at some of the leading UK & global finance and insurance corporations such as AXA, Guy Carpenter (Marsh & McLennan) & Willis.
Since joining the Kaleidoscope team in November 2012 she has proven herself to be a highly efficient and effective member of our virtual assistant team.
Louise is skilful in her diplomacy and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive personal information and business sensitive knowledge. She is also patient, resilient and calm under pressure. These key attributes make her a perfect complement to any busy executive.
Louise lives in Yorkshire with her husband and Roxy the dog, and enjoys an active lifestyle including kayaking, cycling and walking.
Executive Virtual Assistant
Delia has over 25 years office experience and extensive experience as a PA in Australia and the UK.
Delia enjoys the responsibilities, variety and the satisfaction that comes from simply helping small businesses and individual business people make their lives less hectic.
She joined the Kaleidoscope virtual assistant team in January 2015 to add more flexibility to her own life and hasn’t looked back.
Along with her a passion for excellent customer service, Delia has exceptional skills with Microsoft Word and Excel as well as extensive experience with many Windows applications and, of course, the gamut of Windows versions from 3.2 onwards.
Delia now lives in France and is relishing the process of improving her French language skills, along with enjoying the food and regular walks in the countryside with her husband and their new puppy.
Executive Virtual Assistant – Specialising in Research and Project Administration
Claire has over 17 years experience providing administrative and project management support for large organisations. Her experience working within project teams has resulted in her being highly organised, detail focussed, and extremely deadline conscious.
Claire’s communication skills are exemplary, and her ability to talk to people at all levels within an organisation makes her perfectly suited to supporting the needs of our clients.
Apart from having all the necessary skills that you would expect from your PA, Claire thrives when given a challenge, she has a cool head in a pressurised situation, and she is a very logical thinker. All of these attributes make her a perfect addition to our virtual assistant team and a complement to any busy executive.
Claire lives in Cheshire with her husband Owen and their two children, Jack and Dan.
Executive Virtual Assistant
Angela is a highly motivated office professional, with over 20 years office experience.
Angela has a broad range of PA, administrative and accounting skills, including major events organisation. Her vast experience in these different areas has resulted in her being able to adapt to each individual clients needs with the flexibility and knowledge required.
She understands the importance of integrity, confidentiality and the ‘hands on’ approach that any busy Executive requires in a Virtual Assistant.
Angela lives in West Sussex with her Husband and her 9 and 7 year old boys.
